What happens after you order
Once you confirm your kit, we place orders with our UK suppliers on your behalf. You never need to deal with several shops yourself.
Several parcels. Because items come direct from different suppliers, your kit may arrive in [2 to 3] parcels over [X working days]. We'll keep you updated with tracking for each one.
Out of stock? If something is unavailable, we'll swap it for an equivalent item of the same or better quality, or check with you first if the change is significant.
